This is an English translation provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Bulgarian version applies.

This policy explains how Auto Folio processes the personal data you give us through the auto-folio.net website, by phone or by email, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What data we collect

Through the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email (optional), car details, the service you choose and the content of your message. We don’t collect special categories of personal data.

3. What we use the data for

• to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
• to book a fitting appointment;
• to meet legal obligations (for example, accounting) when you are our customer.

4. Legal basis

We process the data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. How long we keep the data

We keep enquiry data no longer than needed to reply and arrange the service, and in any case no longer than 12 months from our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.

6. Recipients

We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Enquiries are processed by a server function at our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to our mailbox through an email service provider. If the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare checks that the enquiry isn’t automated. All providers process the data on our behalf and in line with the GDPR.

7. Cookies and external services

The site doesn’t use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server. The “Contact” and “Window tinting in Sofia” pages show an embedded Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. If we use Google Analytics, it is only activated after you give consent in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email us at info@auto-folio.net.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
